Online Application Form

Students wishing to apply for Altınbaş University Student Dormitories may complete the online pre-registration and application process through the relevant system.

Students who require a document confirming their accommodation in the dormitory may submit their request through the online form.

Check-In Procedures

Documents Required at Check-In

Students whose applications have been approved must submit the following documents in full during the dormitory check-in process.

Review the Application Process
  • Copy of Identity Card A photocopy containing the student’s identification details.
  • Two Passport-Size Photographs The photographs must measure 4.5 × 6 cm.
  • Criminal Record Certificate A current criminal record certificate must be submitted.
  • Student Certificate A current document confirming the student’s enrolment status.
  • Personal Health Declaration Form Turkish citizens may obtain this document through the E-Government system.
