Students who wish to register for the Student Dormitories must first complete the online application process. Application, payment, documentation and placement procedures are managed by the Dormitory Administration.
Application and Placement Process
Students who wish to register for the Student Dormitories must first complete the Online Application Form.
Students whose applications are approved by the Dormitory Administration may move into their rooms after paying the TRY 20,000 deposit and the applicable room fee through DenizBank.
- The Online Application Form is completed.
- The application is reviewed by the Dormitory Administration.
- Students whose applications are approved complete the payment procedures.
- The required check-in documents are submitted.
- After payment and documentation procedures are completed, the student may move into the assigned room.

Documents Required at Check-In
Room Allocation and Periodic Check-In/Check-Out
Priority in room allocation is given to international students and students arriving from outside Istanbul. Students residing in Istanbul are evaluated according to the distance between their registered address and the campus.
Periodic dormitory check-in and check-out dates are announced by the Dormitory Administration.
Payment and Refund Procedures
A Students Leaving by September 15
Students who leave the institution by September 15 are charged one month’s service fee as specified in the service provision undertaking.
B Students Leaving After September 15
Students who leave after September 15 are charged the full fee for the months in which accommodation was provided, including the current month, and up to 50% of the accommodation fees for the remaining months.
Students who document that they have registered at a student dormitory operated by another Ministry are charged up to 40% of the accommodation fees for the remaining months.
C Students Subject to Dormitory Expulsion
Students who receive an expulsion penalty are charged the full fee for the months in which accommodation was provided, including the current month, and up to 60% of the accommodation fees for the remaining months.
Where a deposit and advance payment have been made, the remaining amount is refunded within one month after the applicable charge has been deducted, and the service provision undertaking is terminated.
About Payment Procedures
DenizBank transactions may be completed at any DenizBank branch. Documents required for the KMH process may be obtained by the processing branch from DenizBank Florya Branch.
