Registration fees will include:
- In-person or virtual presentation of the accepted abstract or research paper.
- Participation in all conference sessions.
- Welcome reception and coffee breaks.
- Digital certificate of participation for presented abstracts or research papers.
- Publication of abstract in the digital proceedings book.
Payment and Cancellation guidelines:
- Registration fee covers the presentation of one abstract or research paper.
- For abstracts or papers with multiple authors, only one registration fee is required for each submission.
- Participants are responsible for any additional bank charges incurred during payment.
- No refunds will be used for cancellations.
- The type of payment should be clearly identified in the explanation section.
- Altinbas second global conference and category (i.e., in-person presentation, virtual presentation, in-person presentation/graduate student, virtual presentation/graduate student).
