IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS REGARDING THEIR APPRENTICESHIP REQUIREMENTS

As previously announced, international students must submit their approved “Work Permit Exemption Certificate” to the faculty to begin their apprenticeships. It is revealed that many students have not yet had this document approved or submitted.

It is crucial to reannounce that failure to submit an approved “Work Permit Exemption Certificate” will result in the apprenticeship being regarded as invalid. Should the apprenticeship need to be repeated for this reason, the University will not cover the insurance expenses for the repeated apprenticeship period.

So, students who have not yet submitted their apprenticeship application documents to the Faculty must do so after receiving their “Work Permit Exemption Certificate” acceptance letter.

Additionally, students who have submitted their documents, begun their apprenticeships, or have not yet started them should apply for the “Work Permit Exemption Certificate” immediately and submit the approved certificate to Technician Emine ÇAKIR.
