2025–2026 Education Year Fall Semester PHAR581 internship exam
Dear Students,
The 2025–2026 Fall Semester PHAR581 internship exam will be held on 15.01.2026 at the school as a multiple-choice test exam.
The test exam consists of 25 multiple-choice questions. The internship grade will be calculated based on the test exam and the internship notebook evaluation (the test exam is worth 75 points in total, and the internship notebook is worth 25 points).
Things to be done:
- The exam date, time, location, and the internship notebook evaluation jury should be checked from the list.
- The required wet-signed documents (Internship Notebook, Internship Evaluation Form, and Internship Evaluation Survey) must be scanned and sent as a PDF file only to your own exam jury’s email address (specified in the file provided via the link) no later than 14.01.2026 at 23:59.
- After the exam, all students must personally submit the original documents to Laboratory Technician Emine ÇAKIR (B3 Floor) no later than 23.01.2026, or send them by cargo so that they arrive at the school by 23.01.2026 at the latest.
