PHAR390 Hospital Apprenticeship State Hospitals in Istanbul Application
Dear students,
Students who want to do PHAR390 Hospital Apprenticeship in state hospitals in Istanbul can fill out the form below until 17:00 on 14.02.2025. We have a limited quota in hospitals, in case of too many applications, the first students who apply will be selected.
The hospital and apprenticeship dates should be specified in the relevant form, but it should be noted that the hospital and dates can be changed by the Provincial Health Directorate. Apprenticeship to be done in state hospitals in Istanbul should be done between 07.07.2025-29.08.2025. Requests stated outside this date range will not be taken into consideration.
