Prof. Dr. Cemal İbiş received his rector's certificate in a ceremony
Prof. Dr. Cemal İbiş, appointed as rector of our university, received his certificate of appointment at a ceremony held by the Higher Education Council (YÖK).
Prof. Dr. Cemal İbiş, appointed as rector of our university by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan pursuant to Article 13 of Higher Education Law No. 2547 and Articles 2, 3, and 7 of Presidential Decree No. 3, received his certificate of appointment at a ceremony held at the Council of Higher Education (YÖK). YÖK President Prof. Dr. Erol Özvar, who presented the certificate to Prof. Dr. İbiş, wished our rector success in his duties.
