International success in innovation from Altınbaş!

According to the results of the SCImago University Rankings 2026, our university achieved a significant milestone by ranking 14th in the innovation category among 152 Turkish universities and 8th among private higher education institutions.

The results of the SCImago University Rankings 2026, which independently rank universities based on their research, innovation, and societal impact using SCOPUS publication and citation data, have been announced. According to the results, our university achieved a significant milestone by ranking 14th in the innovation category among the 152 Turkish universities listed and 8th among foundation higher education institutions.

In the overall SCImago University Rankings 2026 list, our university ranked 73rd in Turkey and 17th among foundation universities. With this result, Altınbaş University was placed in the Q1 quartile—the top quartile—in the research, innovation, and societal impact categories. In the report published by the SCImago Institutions Rankings (SIR) Publication Evaluation Platform, our university also stood out for the rankings it achieved in various sub-disciplines:
