Application Procedure

 

-    Application Deadlines :

o   15.07.2019  (Autumn term or full year - starting in September)

o   15.11.2019  (Spring term - starting in February)

 

-   Application Documents :

o   Application Form (Please click for the document - should be filled out on a computer and sent as pdf document)

o   Transcript of records from the sending/home University (in English) (should be sent as pdf document)

o   1 Passport Photograph (Please send it as jpeg. format) 

o   Learning Agreement (should be filled out on a computer and sent as pdf document after having it signed by the sending/home University)

o   Scan copy of passport (First Pages with info)

 

  Courses

o   Online Course Catalogue is avaliable in the link below;

http://ects.altinbas.edu.tr/dereceprogramlari/1

(Semesters with indicated with odd numbers are Fall, even numbers are Spring)

o   Erasmus Departmental Coordinators shall be consulted while preparing the Learning Agreement. Please click for the link.

o   Incoming Exchange students are welcomed to take courses provided in English upon confirmation of their home University.

o   Turkish Language Courses are being offered during the semesters, free of charge.

 

-          Application documents shall be sent by e-mail to erasmus@altinbas.edu.tr

-          Please note that we can send your acceptance letter only after receiving these documents.

           

Before Arrival – Getting Ready

 

-          Please check our Fact Sheet. for; Academic Calendar , Erasmus Club – ESN Altınbaş, Campuses (Location of Campuses and Academic Units), Visa - Residence Permit, Insurance, Documents Required On Arrival, Buddy Program

 

-  Orientation Program organize before a week, beginning of courses (Details will be announced to applicants) Please click here for presentation of last orientation program.

 

Departure

-  Transcripts are requested from the students affairs Office and being post to home/sending Universities by the Erasmus Office.

 

OTHER DOCUMENTS

1.       Enrollment Paper (2)

2.       Confirmation Certificate will be given at the end of your mobility

3.       For any other document please follow up the information provided by your Home Institution

          * Confirmation of arrival, departure

          * Certificate of enrollment
