Graduate Program

Our program aims to produce graduates with leadership skills who are equipped with the following competences:

  • Ability to strategize, manage and improve the performance of the various facets of a business organization using the state-of-the-art management tools and techniques
  • Ability to diagnose business problems and to design and implement creative solutions
  • Ability to adapt to change in a rapidly-evolving global environment
  • Scientific approach required for academic research and knowledge creation
  • Ability to work with people and organizations from different cultures
  • Ability to build international partnerships and to conduct business worldwide
  • Strong sense of personal integrity, professional ethics and social responsibility
  • Appreciation and motivation for the lifelong learning process and ability to assess and improve one’s personal development

  • Students should demonstrate their knowledge of the essential body of knowledge in business management (functions of management: organization theory: policy and strategy: information, technology and operations management; human capital management; accounting; finance; marketing; economics; and an integrated perspective).
  • Students should understand the main actors, challenges and dynamics of the global business environment.
  • Students should have the awareness of the legal framework that shapes the boundaries of business.
  • Students should be able to analyze an organizational environment, understand business processes, identify relationships among system components, correctly diagnose underlying problems, and produce alternatives for managerial decisions.
  • Students should be able to conceptualize and formulate innovative solutions to not-clearly defined business problems.
  • Students should be able to apply the current theories and employ the appropriate management tools and techniques for making business decisions.
  • Students should be able to select and effectively utilize available resources to collect and analyze data, and draw appropriate conclusions from their research.
  • Students should be able to use common computer technologies employed in business management.
  • Students should be able to understand the importance of adaptability and to make managerial decisions in a complex, rapidly evolving global business environment.
  • Students should be able to effectively communicate in writing or orally with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Students should be able to appreciate and recognize contributions of individuals from diverse backgrounds, and should be able to effectively communicate, positively contribute and work as a team member.
  • Students should demonstrate awareness and understanding of the ethical standards for self and in the business management profession.
